Compression sleeve - soft but effective arm protection
Compression sleeves are another type of compression knitwear, which is used as a more modern and comfortable replacement for elastic bandages.
They are used as a preventive measure against vascular and lymphatic flow problems or after surgery.

Compression knitwear:
1
Reduces pain and discomfort;
2
It has a light massage effect, useful for recovery;
3
Normalizes lymphatic outflow;
4
Narrows the blood vessels;
5
Stimulates the outflow of venous blood back to the heart;
6
Improves soft tissue nutrition and accelerates regeneration.
This support is all the more important for women who continue to work even during pregnancy. If you have to stand or walk a lot, a maternity dance is essential for your health and comfort.
The compression sleeve has also found its place in helping patients after a mastectomy. In the excision of tumors sometimes radically excised lymph nodes, inevitably touching the vessels located nearby. As a result, lymphatic outflow suffers, which contributes to the development of severe edema. In some situations, this can lead to necrotic processes due to blood stasis. To avoid this problem, it is recommended to wear a compression sleeve after surgery to normalize the outflow of lymph and prevent the development of edema.
Sleeves are made of natural cotton with the use of elastic synthetic fibers. For their production they use a special technique of weaving fibers without seams. It is thanks to this technique that anatomically correct compression is created on the soft tissues. And the natural fiber base provides normal heat exchange and allows the skin to “breathe”. In addition, seamless technology and modern fabrics do not interfere with a person's daily life and are almost invisible when worn.
Varieties of compression sleeves
Depending on the indication, sleeves of different modifications and compression levels are used. The standard model covers the arm from the shoulder to the wrist, while the extended model covers the shoulder and is fixed on it. Special silicone inserts are used for fixation. They are securely fixed and do not slip off even during active movements (which, however, are not recommended in some cases of treatment).
There are several classes of models based on the degree of pressure:
1
I - light compression
It is used by athletes for active training and in some cases when it is necessary to prevent vascular and lymphatic flow problems (e.g. when traveling);
2
II - therapeutic and prophylactic class
It is used to prevent and treat injuries, as well as to recover from certain surgeries;
3
III - therapeutic option
It is used only on the recommendation of a physician and is highly pressurized;
4
IV - the highest degree
It is used only if the others have shown to be ineffective. It is used only in cases of serious pathologies.
As a rule, the compression sleeve is made in a skin tone. This is comfortable and allows you to wear them at any time of the year without attracting unnecessary attention even with open clothing.
The use of innovative materials that provide compression stability of the product are able to restrain swelling throughout the day. The peculiarity of the product knitting in the elbow area provides freedom of movement, minimizes the likelihood of creases and painful sensations when bending and extending the elbow joint.
