Doctors usually recommend wearing a bandage from the 4th month of pregnancy.
The obstetrician-gynecologist prescribes the use of a bandage, taking into account the age of the mother, the duration of pregnancy, the position of the fetus and the number of previous births.
It is forbidden to wear a bandage for 24 hours - wear it according to the scheme.
If a pregnant woman walks or stands a lot during the day, remove the bandage every 3 hours for 30 minutes.
Special physical exercises
